How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping (Australia Post Parcel Post) is free for all orders. Flat rate Express Shipping (via Express Post) is available for $9.85.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will arrive based on the shipping method you select during checkout provided you approved your artwork proof within 24 hours. 

What is your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround time for orders is 2-4 business days.

We do accept rush orders, however an addition fee may be charged. This fee covers staff overtime, as we feel it's fairest not to delay existing jobs, but to add in extra production hours to facilitate rush orders.

Will you blind ship my order?

Yes, you can choose to ship your order with no branding at checkout. Please leave a note on the "Cart" page when ordering that you would like unbranded packaging and fill in the shipping address during checkout.

Why was my order returned to you?

Orders are most often sent back to us because the address was missing an apartment, suite, or floor number. Other missing information and typos can cause a return as well.

If you receive a notification that your package is being returned, just follow the steps outlined in your return notification and we'll have your order reshipped once verified.

We are unable to add rush production after you approve your proofs. After all proofs for an order are approved, we automatically add your order to our production queue and begin printing it. This queue is optimized to process orders quickly and without delays.  Finding and moving your order ahead in the queue is disruptive and unfair to other customers. Since rushing after approval delays the shipment of orders that were already placed we aren't able to do it.  If you need your order fast, we recommend always choosing rush production during checkout.
